This clinic is located in the heart of Kerrisdale Village - a lively and popular local hub with easy accessibility and dense foot traffic. It is situated nearby pharmacies such as London Drugs and Shoppers Drug Mart, and a LifeLabs location is located within the same building.

This clinic is currently looking for locums and permanent physicians to come work. Qualifying physicians interested in moving their practice will be offered lucrative equity based incentives as well as certain costs associated with moving a practice to this location. Kerrisdale practices in a hybrid style of both walk-in and full-scope family practice.

The clinic can have up to four physicians working at a time with 13 rooms and one office. This opportunity is also open to accepting provisionally licensed physicians. The clinic has parking available and it is easily accessible by transit. Patient volume at this clinic is between 40-50 patients and can be easily supplemented by their VirtualClinic+ platform.
