Role and Facility Information
This clinic is a community-based medical clinic and pharmacy. We offer a team-based approach to primary care with Physicians, Nurse Practitioner, and Clinical Pharmacists, and work in collaboration with the Division of Family Practice with their Patient Attachment Initiative.
We currently have an exciting and flexible opportunity for a Physician to join our team on a full or part time basis to consult with our patients, diagnose and treat illnesses, and prescribe medications based on the understanding of best practices related to the use of Controlled Substances and of other pharmacological and non-pharmacological therapeutic options.
You can also build your own family practice at a pace you are comfortable with.
We also provide:
• Input Health Electronic Medical Record (EMR) which offers virtual appointments and an online booking system for patients.
• 5 medical rooms.
• A Clinic Manager and MOAs to support your work.
• An in house pharmacy so your patients can have their medications filled immediately after their appointment with optional free delivery. Our Pharmacists can perform medication reviews for your patients, check PharmaNet on your behalf, and assist with different drug related questions.
