Join our team at CGB Medical in beautiful Kelowna. As innovators in Team-Based Care, we provide supportive care and empower our patients to maintain and improve their health through patient-centered and self-managed care.

We provide a team approach to primary care. We are supported by three front office staff and a registered nurse. We create a supportive environment for learners (medical students, family medicine residents) and mentoring for new-to-practice physicians.

We are a primary care office of three physicians, providing longitudinal primary care. No obstetrics or hospital work required; long term care and hospice care are optional. Hours of work are 9:00am to 4:30 pm, with the option of working evenings and weekends on a rotating basis.

On call requirements are minimal – shared after hours call within the office for clinic patients only. Vacation coverage is with locums, self-arranged, though team members will provide some coverage, if needed.

Remuneration is through enrollment in MSP; LFP or FFS billing as preferred by physician.

We use MedAccess EMR, linked to PomeloHealth for secure patient messaging, on-line booking, and virtual care.

Candidates must be registered with CPSBC, and eligible to practice family medicine in BC.

Family Physicians in this community are strongly encouraged to support IH services, including rural ER, LTC, OAT, Maternity, etc., as part of their community practice. For more information on what IH services are provided in this community, please contact your IH or Division recruiter.
Return of Service Family Physicians - a portion of your ROS FTE will support PCN and/or IH facilities and/or services.
