Full-time solo family physician retiring from practice December 2024 in search of a physician to take over clinic and patient panel, mentoring available if needed. Located just minutes from downtown Kelowna, British Columbia.
Healthwise Family Practice is a well-established medical clinic that has been providing comprehensive primary care services to the community for many years. This practice is currently supported by the PCN program and has a 0.8 FTE Registered Nurse that works out of the clinic and supports connections to the PCNs other valuable support programs such as pharmacists, social workers, psychologist, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, and dietitians. Healthwise is located on a bus route and has plenty of free parking for patients, staff have access to the underground heated garage. Along with a great central location this practice is adjacent to a pharmacy. The practice includes 2 exam rooms, a large personal office for the physician, and a shared procedure room. TELUS Med Access is currently used on site and office overhead expenses are split with another physician on site 50/50, rent is extremely favorable. The clinic subleases from the attached pharmacy and has a separate entrance for patient use.
