For new-to-practice physicians, we offer lucrative salaried contracts, caring for up to 800 patients over two years, along with generous recruitment incentives including a $25,000 sign-in bonus and up to $130,000 in debt repayment, encompassing private loans and lines of credit. Compensation is salary, fee for service, or LFP.
