Role and Facility Information

Join a team of four family physicians, three MOAs and a fantastic office manager in the beautiful town of Osoyoos. Our clinic is very supportive and you will usually be in the office with at least two or three other physicians. With a population of 5000 + another 2000 in the rural area, Osoyoos enjoys a sophisticated vintner industry, championship golf courses, the nation’s warmest lake and a wide range of cultural, ecological, and artistic experiences. Osoyoos does have it all– golf, mountain biking, spas, beaches, wineries, orchards, culinary delights, Indigenous culture and eco-desert experiences are yours to enjoy while you live and practice on one of Canada's premier resort destinations.

You will be able to work as many days in the clinic as suits you and decide on a combination of Telehealth and In-person visits. We cover one another for holidays etc. You could definitely grow your panel via the Health Connect Registry (previously known as the Patient Attachment List) that is maintained by the South Okanagan Similkameen Division of Family Practice. Round on your own patients at South Okanagan General Hospital (an 18 inpatient bed facility with 24/7 emergency coverage) in Oliver (20 minutes north of Osoyoos). Weekends and after hours are covered by Doctor of the Day. Participate in Doctor of the Day (two shifts per month), emergency is available if interested. Our clinic is supported by one RPN, one dietician, and one community support worker.
