Well-established and highly desirable clinic located in the heart of Horseshoe Bay, where the ocean meets the mountains. Our clinic has been serving the community for over 45 years with a focus on family practice and a commitment to providing quality patient care.
We have cultivated a diverse and supportive medical team that includes six family physicians, a psychologist, a counsellor in private practice, a counsellor available through our primary care network, a clinical pharmacist, as well a nurse. Our office is a lovely place to work and is very collegial. We have a several locum physicians who see our patients when we are away. Our front desk medical office-staff are excellent and well- respected team members.
We are looking for a physician to take over a panel of approximately 960 patients of all ages and complexities. This is a great opportunity for a new graduate as there is also room to increase their patient panel.
Horseshoe Bay is a charming and pedestrian-friendly small community known for its natural beauty, friendly locals, and diverse dining and shopping options. It serves as the gateway to Howe Sound, offering a unique lifestyle that seamlessly blends coastal living with mountain vistas.
All physicians in the clinic bill primarily under the Longitudinal Primary Care billing model (other than ICBC, Worksafe BC and non-insured billings) but there is an opportunity for a New to Practice contract if the applicant is eligible.
