The Practice

You will play an integral role in a collaborative and cohesive team of dedicated healthcare professionals, all driven by a shared passion for delivering the highest standard of care to our young patients. Our kindhearted and skilled nurses provide invaluable support, ensuring that every young patient receives the utmost comfort and attention during their stay. By collaborating with specialists from various fields, such as neonatology, cardiology, and oncology, we approach complex cases with a multidisciplinary perspective, delivering holistic care tailored to the unique needs of each patient.

Compensation Type
Fee-for-Service
Estimated Remuneration
Anticipate an estimated gross annual income ranging from $250,000 to $400,000, determined by a fee-for-service payment structure plus MOCAP level 1.
Physician Overhead
Your monthly share of the operational expenses amounts to approximately $3,500.
Billing Split
The allocation of overhead expenses is equitably distributed among the pediatricians within the team.

Other Benefits/Incentives
The RCME Community Program enhances local healthcare systems by empowering physicians with greater control over collective learning, improving community care capacity. You will be eligible to receive $600 for up to 2 years in the community, $3,600 during your 3rd and 4th year, and $6,600 after 4 years. Rural incentives are subject to change and current rates are confirmed at the time of offer.
