Join a team of 7 GPs, 2 NPs, a Primary Care Team of a non-dispensing Pharmacist, Occupational Therapist and Registered Dietician supported by a fantastic team of MOAs and a dedicated Clinic Lead. Our collaborative approach ensures high-quality patient care and a supportive work environment.

A comprehensive Clinic Support team is available to assist with orientation, onboarding, EMR customization, billing and more. Tailored support to your needs to ensure a smooth transition.

Our clinic features 9 exam rooms, a procedure room, 2 tele-health rooms. Ample space for growing a practice, Fairview uses MedAccess EMR, and Ocean online booking. The option is available to round on your own inpatients, work in LTC, palliative care, join the Doctor of the Day rota or work in another of our fantastic programs in the SOS.
