Join our team of 2 young and friendly UBC family medicine graduates in a new family practice clinic in Powell River. This Powell River Medical Clinic is a modern clinic with the capacity of 3 full-time physicians or two full-time and two part-time. We are looking for a locum interested to become a permanent physician at the clinic as one of our doctors is planning to relocate next year. PRMC offers full family practice services and a Walk-In Clinic.
Our wheel chair accessible clinic is located at the center of Powell River with ample free parking that can accommodate all our patients during busy clinic hours.
We use Medaccess EMR and we are the first clinic in Powell River that utilized online booking for our patients.
Optional hours are from 9 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday. We do cross coverage while away/on vacation. Inpatient hospital coverage is required. Emergency/obstetrics/long term care/surgical assist are optional.
Locum dates: Flexible with other dates
Compensation type: Fee for Service or Longitudinal Family Payment Model.
